Living here in Los Angeles, I was standing in the heart of the American auto market—a world of systems, accountability, and consumer protection. I was studying Business and Finance at Cal State, learning the rules of a game built on verifiable trust. And every day, I saw the massive, painful disconnect between the professionalism that is standard here, and the chaos my people were forced to endure back home.

That anger turned into a question: "Why does it have to be this way? Why can't we have this, too?"
