Do I need to be in Nigeria to use MoldnFly?
No. We work with buyers in Nigeria, the UK, the US, Canada, and across West Africa. If you are abroad sending a vehicle home, we handle everything on both ends.
How long does the full process take?
From deal activation to port arrival in Lagos, typical timeline is 6 to 10 weeks depending on vessel schedules and customs processing. We give you an honest timeline at the start of your deal, not an optimistic one.
What if I change my mind after selecting a vehicle?
Speak to us before the deal is funded. Once the Tri-Partite Invoice is issued and vaults are funded, the deal is in motion and refund terms are governed by the Service Agreement signed at onboarding.
Is my money safe?
Your vehicle purchase price goes directly to the authorized dealer — MoldnFly never holds it. Shipping and service fees are held in Escrow.com, a regulated US escrow service. Customs funds are held in Payscrow, a regulated Nigerian escrow platform. Every vault requires a verified milestone before it releases. That is the structure. You do not have to trust us — the architecture makes trust unnecessary.
