Refund policy

Because we utilize Escrow.com, funds are only released to the seller once the vehicle's US Export documentation and Title are verified.

  • Pre-Shipping: If a vehicle fails our on-site 150-point inspection in the US, the transaction is canceled and funds are released back to the buyer from Escrow immediately.

  • Post-Delivery: All sales are final once Customs Clearance is initiated. We provide real-time video verification and CarFax reports prior to shipment to ensure "What You See Is What You Get."
