This policy applies to anyone who visits moldnfly.com, submits an inquiry, engages with MoldnFly through WhatsApp or email, or enters into a Service Agreement with MoldnFly LLC.
2. What Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to provide our service:

▸ Location information: your country and city, to determine applicable shipping and customs routes
▸ Vehicle preferences: the make, model, year, and budget you share with us when making an inquiry
▸ Payment information: wire transfer confirmations and escrow transaction references — we do not store card numbers or banking credentials
▸ Communications: messages exchanged via email, WhatsApp, or our website contact form
▸ Website usage data: standard analytics data such as pages visited and time on site, collected via cookies
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
▸ Process your vehicle inquiry and manage your deal from start to delivery
▸ Communicate with you about your deal, including milestone updates and notifications
▸ Comply with US and Nigerian legal and financial regulations, including export documentation requirements
▸ Improve our service based on how clients use our website and interact with our team
▸ Re-engage you if a vehicle matching your previous inquiry becomes available in the Virtual Showroom
4. Who We Share Your Information With
We share your information only where necessary to deliver the service:
▸ Authorized US dealerships: to process the vehicle purchase in your name
▸ Escrow.com: to facilitate the US escrow transaction
▸ Payscrow: to facilitate the Nigerian customs escrow
▸ Ocean freight operators and freight forwarders: for shipping documentation
▸ Osefadan Enterprise: our Nigerian clearing partner, for customs processing
▸ Zoho CRM: our client management platform, where your deal records are stored
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not transfer it to any party not involved in delivering your deal.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your deal records for a minimum of 7 years from the date of deal completion. This is required for legal and financial compliance under US and Nigerian regulations. Inquiry records for deals that did not proceed are kept for 2 years, after which they are deleted from active systems.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
▸ Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
▸ Request correction of any inaccurate information
▸ Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal retention obligations
▸ Opt out of any re-engagement communications at any time by replying STOP or emailing team@moldnfly.com
7. Cookies
Our website uses standard cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies does not affect your ability to submit an inquiry or use the contact form.
8. Security
Client data is stored in Zoho CRM, which is a SOC 2 compliant platform. Access to client records is restricted to MoldnFly team members who need it to do their job. All team members sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving access to any client data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at moldnfly.com/privacy. If we make a significant change that affects how we use your data, we will notify active clients directly.
