Every MoldnFly deal follows the same structured sequence. You know exactly what happens, in what order, and what your money is doing at every stage. Here is how a deal works from start to delivery.

THE PROCESS

Start by exploring our curated inventory of verified, dealer-certified vehicles. Every listing includes the CarFax report, the vehicle's certification status, full specification, and pricing. What you see is what is available — no bait and switch, no phantom listings.

When you find the right vehicle, we issue a Tri-Partite Deal Invoice — a single document showing all three payment destinations: the dealer's bank details, the US Escrow.com link, and the Nigerian Payscrow account for customs. Everything is itemized upfront. There are no costs that appear later.

You fund all three accounts. The dealer receives the vehicle purchase price directly from you. Escrow.com holds the service and shipping fees. Payscrow holds the Naira customs amount. Once all three are confirmed, your deal is active and the vehicle begins moving.

MoldnFly coordinates with the dealer, arranges US inland transport to the export port, and books your ocean freight. You track every step in real time on your Customer Portal. We send you a direct update at every milestone.

Once your vehicle is loaded and the Bill of Lading is issued, you receive the tracking number directly on your portal. Our service fee is released from Escrow.com at this point. Your vehicle is on the water and your portal shows you exactly where it is and when it will arrive.

When your vehicle arrives at Lagos port, the Naira customs funds in Payscrow are released to our clearing partners in Tin Can Island Port, Lagos. They handle all documentation and duties. No calls asking for extra money — it is already handled.

Your vehicle is cleared and ready. Choose Port-to-Port and collect at Tincan or Apapa, or choose Door-to-Door and we deliver it to your address via flatbed. Your deal is complete.

Virtual Showroom — No Sourcing Retainer

If the vehicle is already in the Showroom, the process starts immediately. No deposit to activate sourcing. Select, invoice, fund, done.

CUSTOM SEARCH

Custom Vehicle Search — $500 Sourcing Retainer

If you want a specific vehicle not currently in the Showroom, a $500 Sourcing Retainer activates the search. This fee is credited in full to your final service fee when the deal closes.
